How can I book a holiday with you?

You can request or book in several ways:

  • filling out our request form
  • sending an email;
  • calling us

When is my booking confirmed?

When we receive the deposit equal to 30% of your stay by bank transfer or credit card.

How can I cancel?

If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit, paid at the time of booking will be considered refundable or made usable for another stay within one year. The deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is requested from 29 days before check-in.

Do you have travel insurance?

You have 48 hours from the date of booking to add a Stay Insurance. Thanks to Allianz Global Assistance’s Booking Protection, you can protect your stay in the event of trip cancellation and more.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Rooms are made available to guests from 2:30 pm on arrival day. The room must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, subject to availability and with an extra charge. We invite you to contact our reception for more information about it.

When will I pay the balance for my stay?

The balance of the stay can be paid at the hotel by debit card, VISA, Master Card, cheque, or cash, preferably the night before. We do not accept payment by American Express and Diner.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax amounts to €2.00 per person per day per person aged 14 years and older up to a maximum of 10 days. The tourist tax is excluded from the hotel price.

Do you provide food and beverage services?

We offer many types of meals and drinks services: we are a hotel in Val di Fassa offering full board, half board, or breakfast. You’ll be spoilt for choice.

What meal does my choice of boarding start with?

Full-board guests start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Half-board guests start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.

Is it possible to have a children’s menu?

Our youngest guests will be able to taste typical and genuine Val di Fassa products with a menu chosen for them. Your children can eat both lunch and dinner with the entertainers upon reservation at reception.

Is it possible to choose a specific room?

Within the same room category, there may be differences in square footage and upholstery. Depending on availability we will be glad to evaluate each request if a guest expresses a predilection for a room category.

I’m alone: can I use a double room for single use?

If available, a double room used as a single room incurs a 50% surcharge on the price of the single room per night.


What are the opening hours?

The SPA, swimming pool, and gym are open on request from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30.

Is there an age restriction for access to any areas?

Apart from the Salt Cave, access to the Spa and gym services is allowed only from the age of 16. Children have access to the swimming pool.

Is it necessary to book?

Reservations are only required for beauty treatments and massages at our Beauty Farm.

What will I need to bring from home?

Your room will have slippers and comfortable bathrobes. Bring your swimsuit and swimming cap from home for the swimming pool.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course, ours is a pet-friendly hotel in Trentino. Your room will have bowls for food and water as well as a soft bed for your pet.

Where is my pet allowed to go?

Cats and dogs are not allowed in the spa or restaurant area. Aside from their own room, pets are allowed in the remaining common areas but must be with their owners at all times.

Other useful information:

Pets shouldn’t be left alone in the room for a prolonged time so as not to disturb guests staying in neighbouring rooms or for any damage to be caused in the rooms. In the latter case, the management would be forced to charge pertinent costs to the owner. Dog droppings must be picked up by the owner, even on the surrounding lawn outside.

Is it possible to heat or prepare quick meals?

Our family hotel is well aware of the needs of new parents and children. At Mum and Dad’s disposal is our Baby Corner with a changing table, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a bottle warmer. Use of services in the Baby Corner is free of charge and available 24 hours a day.

Are there any play areas?

The playroom houses the 180 sqm maxi-playground called “The Enchanted Forest” with a carpeted floor, ball pool, slides, climbing nets, trampolines, and a small football pitch. There is also an outdoor play area.

What are the kids’ club hours?

The kids’ club is open in the morning from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.

What other services do you offer for a fee?

We provide a laundry service or the possibility of renting trekking strollers.
