The high mountain refuges are the right place to discover the traditions of the area and around the San Pellegrino Pass there are several points to reach to enjoy the culinary specialties and to fully experience the mountains, both in summer and in winter.

Rifugio Fuciade is a small village located on a mountain pasture at 1982 meters, behind the San Pellegrino pass and at the foot of the imposing Cima Uomo. A handful of small barns immersed in the green and in absolute silence.

Rifugio Flora Alpina is a corner of paradise at the foot of the Dolomites where you can relax among unspoiled nature, thick forests and green meadows that during winter become white expanses laden with soft snow. Outside the shelter there is a dinghy track and Hotel Arnika organizes weekly visits at sunset to experience the thrill of the descent.

Baita Paradiso is located in the middle of the high pastures of the San Pellegrino Pass, directly on the ski slopes, just below the arrival of the Costabella chair lift. Recently renovated and extended with ancient links, it offers the thrill of a meeting place in the Dolomites in every season of the year, enjoying excellent traditional dishes.

The Farm Malga San Pellegrino is a small restaurant at the foot of the Col Margherita ideal for tasting typical Trentino dishes in a family environment and strongly linked to the respect of high mountain traditions.
