Cable transport open in summer in San Pellegrino Pass
Reaching points at high altitude is always easier and faster in San Pellegrino Pass thanks to two ways of cable trasfer:
- Costabella chairlift: three-seater covered chairlift that allows you to reach 2413 meters and start the ascent to Rifugio Passo delle Selle or the descent to Baita Paradiso;
- Col Margherita cable car: from the top you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Pale di San Martino group. From there it is possible to descend towards the San Pellegrino Pass to visit the Cavia Lake or to take the Alta Via della Mariotta and descend via the path n. 628, which allows you to visit a trench of the First World War.
