Food on the Dolomites

The restaurant of Hotel Arnika  takes pride in ensuring that all traditional dishes and food fully respect all criteria of the typical Dolomitic   recipes, parting from   the careful choice of the best ingredients, the preparation  to the final presentation of the dishes.

In the spacious, well lit, classical mountain style dining hall one can enjoy and taste typical tirolese, food or enjoy lighter dishes preferred by the sporty.

Every week the hotel   offers  their precious guest typical territorial dishes accompanied by a rich, delicious,  buffet of  salami, cheese and mustard as side plates to spetzle, canederli  and casunziei  followed by polenta, meat and craut. A  classical Lientz cake and black forest cake adds a touch of sweetness to a typical tirolese dinner which is then concluded with delicious ice-cream with cream and wild berries.

The Hotel Arnika in  the San Pellegrino Pass, always careful about the needs of its customers, has once again put at your disposal with an eye for food intolerances and allergies.
We will actually buy the proper products and cook them in the right way, you will suggest us. Moreover, as we are used to have young guests in the hotel, the cook will prepare soups for the babies and will create every day a baby menu .

The dessert of the hotel   restaurant is delicious and varied, the best of the Dolomites satisfying   the taste of   dessert lovers, cakes, strudel, other goodies adding  a moment of sweetness at the end of a meal, at breakfast or even after a tiring day on the San Pellegrino tracks.
