Here is the most delicious part of our hotel: the restaurant. Hotel Arnika in San Pellegrino Pass can boast a rich and varied gastronomy, attending the mix between traditional and modern menus. Traditional regional dishes of Fassa Valley meet new national and international trends in terms of taste.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste excellent hot and cold appetizers of the varied and rich buffet of vegetables and more, and choose the courses that will excite their palate with inviting main and second courses.
The most gourmands will be tempted by creative and tasty desserts. All the dishes we offer are strictly homemade. Finally, to satisfy the needs of everyone, our hotel kitchen team is organized for lactose and gluten intolerant.
On Saturday nights, to welcome incoming guests, our restaurant prepares and serves a delicious welcome dinner.
Moreover, once a week, during the typical Ladin dinner, our visitors will have the chance to be conquered by typical Fassa dishes, such as carne salada trentina, Speck, cooked speck, porcini strudel, venison salami, Kaminwurz, Puzzone di Moena, Trentingrana, polenta di Storo, dumplings, savoy cabbage, venison stew and apple strudel accompanied by a tasty vanilla sauce!
Another weekly appointment, particularly romantic, is the candlelight dinner, with a fixed two-course menu with a sweet finale, always preceded by our buffet of appetizers and hors d’oeuvres.
